Reading the guides
You do not need an account to read the public guides. The public pages do not include advertising pixels, a newsletter form or third-party visitor analytics. Your browser still sends ordinary connection information, including an IP address and browser information, to the server that delivers the page.
Saved reading list
When you save a guide, its page identifier is stored in your browser on this device. This is optional and is not sent to our server. Remove individual guides with the bookmark button, or clear the browser storage for this site to delete the list. If browser storage is unavailable, saved guides last only for the current visit.
Server records
Hosting infrastructure may record requests and technical errors to operate and secure the website. The production host and its log-retention settings have not yet been configured. These details will be reviewed and this notice updated before public launch.
Editorial accounts
Sign-in is reserved for the editorial dashboard. It uses an essential, HTTP-only session cookie called uae_intel_session with a maximum duration of seven days. Account records and administrative audit logs support access control and security.
Shopping-link records
The public guide collection currently has no shopping links. The existing affiliate redirect system can record a link identifier, product identifier, referring page, source or campaign label, timestamp, browser information and a hashed IP address when a link is used. A hashed IP address can still be personal data; it is not described as anonymous. Before shopping links are enabled for the public website, retention and access controls must be reviewed and the notice updated as necessary.
Contacting the publication
If you contact us by email once an address is published, your message and address are used to handle that enquiry. Please send only information relevant to your request. We have not added a contact form or a visitor-message database.
External websites
If you leave this site, the destination website has its own privacy practices. This site cannot control a retailer’s accounts, cookies or order records.

Use the contact page to find the current contact channel for privacy enquiries, including requests about information you have provided. A working contact channel is required before public launch.
